Meet Ellie & Craig. They were about to launch a brand new venture in Guisborough. They had the physical keys, a vision for a "calm and cosy" space, and a lot of passion.

The Problem: They had... nothing else. No logo. No website. No Facebook page. And absolutely no desire to run their new business using a messy paper diary and a stressful email inbox. They were terrified of opening day turning into administrative chaos.

The Soul:
Building the Brand From Scratch

"Cosy, Not Chaotic." Ellie and Craig didn't want a screaming red-and-yellow soft play centre. They wanted a haven. We didn't just build a website; we built the brand.

The Look

Developed a full Brand Identity, including a custom logo that felt warm and welcoming.

Built a "Coming Soon" landing page and managed the Facebook launch to build a waiting list of excited local parents.

Wrote every word to ensure they sounded friendly, honest, and reassuring – setting the "chill" vibe before a single customer arrived.

The Fix:
The "Invisible Staff Member"

Managing the door so they could make the coffee. We knew Ellie and Craig needed to be on the floor, not stuck in the office. So, we hand-coded a custom Web Application to run the business for them.

The Brain

A bespoke database that handles Age-Based Pricing automatically.

The Bouncer

The system manages capacity limits instantly so the café never gets overcrowded.

The Banker

Payments are taken online via Stripe, meaning no awkward card machine fumbling at the door.

The Freedom

Open for business, not for stress. On launch day, they weren't drowning in admin. The system handled everything. They were free to do what they set out to do: welcome families and pour great coffee.
