For brochure sites and landing pages, the code is static by design (that's why they're fast). Content changes go through us directly, or through a Site Care Plan if you'd prefer a regular arrangement.
We build the site. Hosting is provided by Unity Tech — our IT and infrastructure partner — on enterprise-grade UK servers with SSL, daily backups, and 99.9% uptime. Your hosting agreement and payment goes directly to Unity Tech, not through us. Costs start from £15/month for a simple static site. More complex applications with higher traffic will sit in a different tier — Unity Tech will give you a clear quote before anything is set up.
Yes, but not to write the strategy. We use it to write code syntax faster and check for errors. Every line of code is reviewed and implemented by a human developer (Rob). It saves you money and gets you online faster.
No — and we'll tell you why. Shopify and WooCommerce exist specifically for product-based e-commerce. They handle PCI compliance, payment security, inventory management, and a thousand other things we'd have to rebuild from scratch. Using us to build a custom shop would cost you more and give you less. Use the right tool for the job. If you need to take payments as part of a web app (deposits, booking fees, subscriptions), that's different — we do that.
