Tasty Not Wasty CIC (Wales)
Fighting food poverty and waste in Llanyrafon.
The Challenge: People needed food support but were afraid of the stigma. They needed a way to find help without feeling judged.
The Penguin Solution: We built a dignity-first digital hub with over 150,300 meals served. We designed "No Questions Asked" pathways so people could access much needed resources with dignity.

High-quality grassroots football coaching.
The Situation: They didn't meet strict CIC accreditation requirements.
The Penguin Response: We sponsored them anyway. We built a custom booking system and parent portal to replace their manual spreadsheets, completely pro-bono.

Pomfret Nursery (Yorkshire)
Providing a nurturing, nature-based environment.
The Challenge: Buried in admin and needed a secure way to manage enrolments without drowning in paper.
The Penguin Solution: We built a comprehensive Digital Nursery Platform with secure forms for enrolment and a bespoke CMS.

Young Lives Consortium (Yorkshire)
Supporting voluntary youth organizations across the Wakefield district.
The Challenge: Families couldn't find scattered information about available clubs and support.
The Penguin Solution: We developed the "Play, Grow, Belong" platform. It's a centralized directory that connects parents with providers, strengthening the safety net for young people in our area.
