Will my clients know you're involved? ▾
No. Every partnership starts with an NDA. We don't list your clients on our portfolio, we don't contact them directly, and we don't exist outside the code we write for you. You can choose "Invisible Mode" (we stay behind the scenes) or "Your Team Mode" (we join calls as "your technical team").
How do you handle communication? ▾
However you prefer. Slack, email, your project management tools. We adapt to your workflow, not the other way around. In "Your Team Mode" we join client calls as "your technical team," use your email domain, and integrate into your Slack. In "Invisible Mode" all communication comes through you.
What if something breaks after launch? ▾
All builds include 30 days of post-launch support. After that, we charge £40/hour for content updates or quote separately for new features. No retainers when there's nothing to do.
Can I see examples of your work? ▾
Yes — we have an anonymised portfolio of agency builds we can share after an initial call. We also have public case studies for direct clients on our portfolio page.
